How long does it take?
About 7 weeks from the day you order. Every jacket is sewn to order, so order early for letter night or the holidays.
What size should I get?
Most people order their usual jacket size. If the student is between sizes, will wear a hoodie underneath, or is still growing, go one size up. The size helper in the designer suggests a size from height and weight.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. Pay in full, or pay half now and the rest before the jacket goes into production.
Can I change the design after I order?
Yes, until the jacket goes into production. Just email us and we'll update it.
Can I return it?
Because every jacket is made with the student's name, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If anything arrives wrong or damaged, we'll fix it or remake it.
Does the school approve the design?
Some schools review every jacket that uses their name and letter. If yours does, we handle it and let you know when it's approved.
