Custom, made-to-order products

Every jacket is made to order by GAME Apparel from the design you approve: your chosen style, colors, size and decorations. Please check spelling, numbers, colors and size carefully on the review screen — we make exactly what you approve.

On-screen previews, 3D views and photo proofs show the design as accurately as we can, but colors vary between screens and materials, and chenille, embroidery and leather are made by hand, so small differences in shade, placement and texture are normal.

Prices, deposits and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and update as you design. Shipping and any sales tax are shown before you pay. You can pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit and the balance before your jacket goes into production; production does not start until the order is paid in full.

If we discover a pricing error before production, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

School approval and school marks

Some schools review designs that use their name, letter, mascot or colors. When yours does, production starts after the school approves. If the school asks for a change, we'll contact you; if you'd rather not change the design, you may cancel for a full refund.

School names, logos and mascots belong to their schools and are used with permission. If you upload artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order for a full refund until it is released to production. After that, materials are cut and decorated to your design and the order can't be cancelled.

Production and delivery

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and on your order page. They are estimates, not guarantees; made-to-order jackets typically take several weeks, and busy seasons take longer. Team orders delivered to the school are handed out by the school or coach.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package (or when it's delivered to the school for school pickup).

Returns, defects and sizing

Because every jacket is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size you selected. Please use the size guide, and size up if you're between sizes.

If your jacket arrives with a manufacturing defect, or doesn't match the design you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll repair or remake it, or refund you if that isn't possible.

Accounts

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Coaches and school staff may only add athletes and families who have agreed to join a team order. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
